    • Status: Contractor has been receiving materials and has begun to mobilize.  Construction for this project will begin in July.

    • Contract Amount = $2,549,400.00
    • Status: 95% complete
  3. 537-059B 0.5 MG Ground Storage Tank Rehab at Plant Site
    • Contract Amount =$568,607.00
    • Status: Project Complete
  4.  537-060 FM 920 Booster Pump Station Expansion
    • Update Contract Amount = $2,803,380.42
    • Status: 80% complete

  12. 537-064 FM 51 Elevated Storage Tank
    • The bid opening for this project took place on May 15, 2025.  There were two bids for this project.  Landmark Structures was the low bidder with a bid of $4,338,000.00.  The district's engineering firm recommended the board award the contract for the 0.5 MG elevated tank to Landmark Structures.
Projects in design phase:
  1. 537-059C 1.5 MG Ground Storage Tank Partition Curtain
    • Plans are complete for this project.  This project bidding and construction will need to take place in the Fall/Winter months when water demand is lowest.
  2. 537-135  20" Water Line from FM 920 Booster Pump Station to Agnes Storage Tank
    • Construction plans are complete.  Bid documents are being finalized and this project will be advertised for bid around July 1, 2025.
  3. 537-062A Three Skillet Rd., Rhoades Ln & Shady Ln. 12', 8", & 6" water lines
    • The completion of this project has been put on hold for now.  We would like to see how much of the bond funds remain after bidding the FM 51 Elevated Tank and the 20" water line from FM 920 Booster Pump Station to Agnes Elevated Tank.  After that we can elvaluate the project and see if there needs to be any changes to the scope of the proposed project.
