Walnut Creek Special Utility District offers a variety of convenient payment options to our customers. Simply choose the option that best suits your needs.
The District accepts all major Credit/Debit cards. There is a $3.00 fee anytime a card is used.
All payments made after 4 pm of the designated due dates are subject to late fees.
- Accounts beginning with 10 or 15 are due on the 1st of each month.
- Accounts beginning with 14, 26, or 39 are due on the 8th of each month.
- Accounts beginning with 38, 40, or 92 are due on the 15th of each month.

Pay by Phone:
This is a new feature that gives access to your account 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. It is a convenient way to pay your bills on your own time - with NO WAITING! Just call 866-258-7986 to make your payment over the phone.

- Hear real-time balances, payment amounts, and due dates,
- Enter your information securely through the automated system.
Automatic Bank Draft:
Tired of paying late fees due to lost mail or the hassle of paying in person! Then sign up for Automatic Bank Draft! The amount of your monthly bill is automatically deducted from your bank account and credited to your water account. To enroll in this service, simply download, fill out the Bank Draft Form. Return the completed form by emailing it to Customer Service, drop it off either in the night drop or in person, mail it to the District's office. You a can also fill it out on your next visit. Don't forget to attach either a VOIDED check or ACH instructions.
Features of this option:
- No Fees
- Still receive a copy of your bill for your records.
- Draft dates correspond with Due dates above.
Pay in Person:
You may pay your bill in person at our District's office with cash, check (with a valid Texas driver's license number), money orders, or Credit/Debit card (see above for fee). There is a night drop located in the drive-thu lane for payments made after regular business hours.
Online Bill Pay through a Financial Institution:
Many finacial institutions such as major banks offer their customers the ability to pay their bills via and online bill payment service (through your bank's website). Please consult with your bank for more information. Note: The District is not responsible for payments that arrive late using this payment method.
Pay by Mail:
You can mail your payment to the District's office. Note: The District is not responsible for lost mail or if payments arrive late using this payment method.
