Bill Payment

We offer a wide variety of convenient payment options to our customers. Simply choose the option that best suits your needs.

If you are making a payment online for service that was disconnected, you will need to CONTACT THE OFFICE DURING NORMAL BUSINESS HOURS and schedule a reconnect on the service.  DO NOT call after business hours for reconnections when payment has been made online.

Payment By Mail
If paying by check or money order, please send your payment stub with your remittance. If that is not possible, your account number must be written on your payment to ensure that it is properly posted to your account.  We must have a valid Texas driver's license number for anyone from whom checks are accepted. Be advised we do not accept temporary or post-dated checks.  Please use only black or blue ink, as banks are unable to process other colors.

 

Automatic Bank Draft
The convenient way to pay your water bill. With this service, the amount of your monthly bill is automatically deducted from your bank account and credited to your water account. There is no set-up fee or charge associated with this method of payment and you will receive a copy of your bill for your records. To set up this service, you can simply download and fill out the Bank Draft Form located in the Forms & Reports Section and drop it off or mail it to our office, along with a voided check. You can also come by the District's office and fill it out.

Automatic Draft Dates 

  • Accounts begining with 10 or 15 are drafted on the 5th of each month.
  • Accounts begining with 14, 26, or 39 are drafted on the 13th of each month.
  • Accounts begining with 38 or 40 are drafted on the 20th of each month.

 

Payment Drop-off Location
You may pay your bill in person at our office address. We accept cash, checks (with a valid Texas driver's license number), money orders or debit/credit cards (there is a convenience fee associated with this method of payment).  For your convenience, a night drop is located at the drive-through window for payments made after regular business hours.

 

Payment Through Financial Institution Online Bill Pay
Many financial institutions such as major banks offer their customers the ability to pay their bills via an online bill payment service (through your bank's website).  Please consult with your bank for more information. The District is not responsible for paymemts that arrive late using this payment method.

 

Visa/Master Debit/Credit Card

There is a convenience fee associated with this method of payment.  You may pay in person at our office, by phone or on-line at https://www.municipalonlinepayments.com/walnutcreeksudtx
