Delays in mail delivery may occur due to new USPS service standards!
Beginning Friday October 1st, the United States Postal Service (USPS) will be implementing new service standards for First-Class Mail. These new standards mean it will longer to receive your bills. It may also cause payments that are mailed to arrive after the due date thus causing your account to incur late fees.
One way to ensure your bill is received in a timely manner is by signing up to receive e-bills (if you have an email account) also the district offers several ways for customer's to view and/or pay your account balance. Simply click the following link to see the different ways: Bill payment options
The document below depicts an article of mail received by the district. According to the postmark it was mailed in December which indicate it took two months to arrive and was damaged in the process. When mailing payments please check your bank account to ensure the payment was received.
